About the I Do Project
The I Do! Project raises awareness about Forced Marriage in Canada. We train service providers to recognize and intervene safely and effectively in cases of forced marriage, both in Canada and abroad. We empower survivors and those who have been at risk of forced marriage through our Survivors’ Group, the Survivors’ Network, and through programming created specifically for them.
Like us on Facebook “Forced Marriage – The I Do! Project” to receive regular news reports related to forced marriage in Canada and around the world, and to receive information on conferences, trainings and programs taking place locally.
If you would like to volunteer with us, partner with us on projects, receive training for yourself or your agency, or join the Survivors’ Group, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
